Kelly-Anne Davitt paints sweets, retro toys and provocative images of female nudes in a hyper realistic playful pop style. Her electrifying immaculate canvases fuse traditional still life and portraiture with a contemporary approach, inspired by advertising and pop culture. Davitt has exhibited widely across the UK from Cork Street to The Potteries.

In Pop Now! Davitt exhibits recent works created during Covid-19 Lockdown, alongside her most iconic works from her critically acclaimed feminist show Beach Balls and Melons.

Raindrops on Conkers and Gay Bears are part of Davitt’s Vertigo Lockdown series, exploring nostalgia and childhood memories through objects and paint. These labour intensive studies provided an escape for Davitt from the darkness and anxieties of the pandemic and now she wishes to engage her audience in an overtly optimistic, carefree experience to counteract this rather bleak time we find ourselves in.
